To download any of the free products you need to join the Free Membership Level. You can follow the membership buttons on the top or choose "Memberships" above in the top menu.
You will need to provide your first and last name and a valid email address.
You will then be sent a confirmation email which you need to click the confirmation link.
You will then be sent an email with your username and computer generated password.
You should then either go back to the website and login or follow the link provided in the email and return. This will take you to the Reset Your Password area. This gives you an opportunity to change your password to something that you are comfortable with.
You first need to join the Free Membership Level. The next step is to confirm your email address. Login and change your password to something you feel comfortable with. Then you can upgrade to the Silver Membership Level. Upgrade button will be on the right sidebar at the top. If you have an question use the contact us form above on the top menu.
You need to First join our Free Membership Level. Then confirm you email address. Then you can upgrade to Silver or the Gold Membership Levels.
You can stop your monthly charge by either going to your Paypal account or use the "Contact Us" above to ask us to stop your monthly subscription. Please make sure we have your First and Last Name & "the" email address used for your Paypal account.
If you receive an Extraction Error, such as:
"The filename is too long"
Extract Files to a Short path like:
C:\Documents and Settings\User|My Documents\
You can also extract the file to your desktop.
The Extractor that is included in most computers is the culprit with regard to receiving Extraction Errors. It does not work well when URLs are unusually long.

If you will put quotation marks (" ") around your search it will limit the search to items that have All the words in your search Together. Example: If you search for the words Baby Colic you will get Every item that has either Baby or Colic in it. This will be a lot of items because of the word Baby. If you search this way "baby colic" you will only find the items that have Both Baby and Colic Together in the item. This will vastly reduce your search results.
This same type of search works in places like Google.

A PDF file is a file made with Adobe software. The PDF format is a universally used format. This means folks with Apple Computers and PC both can read the files. You need the Free Adobe Reader program to read the files. A simple Google search will get you what you need. Just search for: Adobe Reader Download
A Zip file is a Container for one or more files. When you Zip it up it gets smaller and puts all the files you expect into one Zip file or container.
We Zip up ALL of our products for easier uploading and downloading.
You will need either a copy of Winzip, which has a free trial period, or XXXXX that is a free program that will UnZip your files.
